Lunch and Learn: Research Presentations

The MASWMC 2025 Poster Session provides a chance for students and professionals to present research, case studies, innovations, or quality improvement projects related to emergency, wilderness, extreme, military, and austere medicine, plus work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and high-reliability organizations. The session fosters discussion, feedback, and networking with peers and leaders in these fields in an informal setting.

FormatPoster (print), ~36×48 in (or equivalent). Digital or hybrid options may be considered, contact organizers.
Abstract<250 words. Must include background, methods, results, and conclusion.
Submission deadlineOctober 7, 2025
Review processReview by host committee.
NotificationSubmitters notified within 3 days of submission whether accepted.
PresentersMust register for conference. Professional dress is not required.
