The MASWMC 2025 Poster Session provides a chance for students and professionals to present research, case studies, innovations, or quality improvement projects related to emergency, wilderness, extreme, military, and austere medicine, plus work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and high-reliability organizations. The session fosters discussion, feedback, and networking with peers and leaders in these fields in an informal setting.

| Abstract | <250 words. Must include background, methods, results, and conclusion. |

| Review process | Review by host committee. |
| Notification | Submitters notified within 3 days of submission whether accepted. |
| Presenters | Must register for conference. Professional dress is not required. |
